| 摘 要： | 依据浦东新区生活垃圾产量，组分及热值等，１９９８年底动工兴建日处理垃圾１０００ｔ规模的焚烧厂，占地８ｈｍ＾２，工程总建筑面积２２１９７ｍ＾２，投资估算６６９１５万元，主要焚烧设备采用ＳＩＴＹ－２０００倾斜往复阶梯式机械炉排等，配置有３条生产线，２套８５００ＫＷ的化电机组。

| Abstract: | Based on the production components and thermal value of municipal solid waste in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, to construct an incineration plant for treating 1000t/d solid waste, which occupied 8hm2 land, total area of the project was 22197m2, with approxm. $669.15 million (RMB) investment in the end of 1998. The main equipment of the plant adopted SITY-200 type slant and moving and stairs type grate with three incineration lines, and two sets of 8500kW steam turbine generator, and design with advanced process, automatic performance control; estimating 30 years as life-span, the average capital costs for treating one ton of solid waste will be $150 with $100 cost of performance. The construction of incineration plant might have effective social, economic and environmental benefits. |
