脉冲燃烧式热水炉的噪声控制

通过对燃烧室、水箱、排气、风机启动和整机及部件振动噪声发生机理的分析，采取了噪源治理以及隔声罩、消声、隔振等综合技术手段，使整机噪声下降了约２３ｄＢ（Ａ），噪声污染得到较好的解决。

Noise Control of Pulse Hot-water Burner

The advantages of pulse hot-water burner are high ef ficiency, low cost and no waste gas, so it became one of the new heating equipments in the world. However, when the burner is ignited, it will cause loud noise due to gas expansion. Through analysis of noise generating mechanism, a new technique has been adapted for controlling the noise source, such as sound insulation, muffler and vibration insulation etc. The sound level could be reduced by 23dBA.
