| Abstract: | Intrduction on the status quo of environment and the characteristics of environmental pollution in Shanghai, discussion on the leading thought of environmental protection, its principle and target by "taking human being as root" to improve the people' s living quality as central task, and emphasizing on discussing treatment of water pollution as well as atmospheric pollution, solid waste disposal, green construction, comprehensive harness on prominent areas and other important measures for the coming three years were presented. |
