海岸带可持续发展生物多样性环境管理的借鉴

通过环境因子、生物多样性指示物种筛选和情景分析,建立经济、社会、环境各要素间的相关关系模型。该模型体现了各要素间的相互影响,通过指示生物的风险阀值分析,对经济发展、结构调整、环境影响和环境投资进行综合分析,提出决策意见。这体现了可持续发展的原则,在我国有较大的发展应用前景。 

Exploring on Biodiversity Environmental Management System forCoastal Zone Sustainable Development

Against new economic trend of China,this paper explores for effective management manner on how to implement coastal zone regional environment and biodiversity.The authors address a new idea to establish relationship model among all factors from economy,society and environment;thereby analyze effects of each other of all factors;proceed comprehensive analysis for economic development,structure adjustment,development environmental impact and environmental investment conbined with risk values analysis of indicator biologics;and address decision comments.This shows the principle of sustainable development and has relative big application prospect in China.
