固定化微生物技术在难降解有机污染物治理中的研究进展

摘    要:综述了90年代以来来固定化微生物技术用难降解有机污染物治理中的最新研究进展,这些难降解有机污染物包括:酚类,芳香烃类及其他化合物。并对固定化技术的应用前景及存在的问题进行了评述。

Abstract:The recent advances in biodegradation of refractory organic compounds by immobilized microbial cells were reviewed.The organic pollutants include phenols (phenol,chlorinated phenol,cresol,nitrophenol,etc.),aromatic compounds (mono-,poly- & hetero-cyclic aromatic compounds) and other refractory organics (aliphatic amides,cyanides,pesticides,herbicides,surfactants,etc.).The application prospects and existing problems were evaluated.
