环氧氯丙烷胺型阳离子絮凝剂的改性及其絮凝性能

摘    要:为提高环氧氯丙烷胺型絮凝剂的絮凝性能,以三乙烯四胺为交联剂,以环氧氯丙烷、二甲胺为原料,制备了季铵盐阳离子絮凝剂(记为TER),并对其进行了红外、核磁表征;同时分别以六次甲基四胺、二乙烯三胺、乙二胺为交联剂制备絮凝剂HMTA、DET、ED,采用4种絮凝剂对莫言湖水进行絮凝沉降试验,并与未改性絮凝剂进行对比;研究了絮凝剂投加量、温度及与PFC(聚合氯化铁)复配等因素对TER絮凝剂除浊效果的影响.结果表明:TER的阳离子度的测定结果为57.3%,在相同条件下,TER对莫言湖水样的除浊率能达到93.7%,优于HMTA、DET、ED及未改性絮凝剂(分别为7.4%、70.9%、8.1%、7.0%).单因素试验确定其最佳絮凝除浊温度为55 ℃,最佳投加量为30 mg/L.研究显示,TER与PFC的复配比单独使用PFC的除浊率提高了5%~25%不等,并能大幅减少TER投加量,降低处理成本.

Abstract:To improve the flocculating performance of epichlorohydrin and polyamine flocculants, triethylenetetramine was selected as the crosslinking agent to synthesize a novel quaternary ammonium salt cationicflocculant(TER) using epichlorohydrin and dimethylamine as the main raw materials. The sample performance was tested in the treatment of Moyan lakewater and compared with unmodified and other modified flocculants(crosslinking agents were HMTA-methenamine, DET-diethylenetriamine and ED-ethylenediamine). The structure and characteristics of the polymer were studied by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The effects of flocculant dosage, temperature and combination with polyferric chloride(PFC) on the performance of the flocculant were studied. The results showed that the cationic degree of the TER flocculant was 57.3%, and the turbidity removal rate of TER flocculant reached 93.7%, which was higher than HMTA, DET, ED andunmodifiedflocculants(7.4%, 70.9%, 8.1% and 7.0%). The optimum treatment condition concluded from the single factor experiment was temperature 55 ℃ and dosage of flocculant 30 mg/L. The combination with PFC increased the flocculation efficiency, which was 5%-25% higher than that using PAC alone, and also reduced processing cost.
