水环境功能区管理信息系统研究与开发

介绍了水环境功能区管理信息系统的系统目标、系统结构、系统特点，提出将水环境相关技术、网络数据库技术与ＧＩＳ技术结合，为水环境管理提供快捷、方便的决策支持。采用该系统能够以水环境功能区管理为目标，提供水环境数据维护、数据查询、水质评价、统计分析、水质预测等功能，将各种水环境信息以可视化的方式进行表达。该系统的运用，可替代传统的信息处理方法，提高水环境管理工作的有效性。

Development and Study of Information System of Water EnvironmentProtection Functional Zones Management

Water pollution control based on water environment protection functional zones management is one of important works to solve the severe water pollution in China. The purpose,structure and features of water environment protection functional zones management information system under client/serve structure are summarized in this paper. Integrating related water environmental technology with network database,geographical information system,a decision support system serving the management of water environment in the water quality evaluation,statistics,inquiry and prediction is designed and established. Users can share the same information source while conducting different works. The efficiency of the management can be greatly improved by using this system.
