半干半湿法烟气脱硫技术研究

摘    要:在实验的基础上,分析了半干半湿法烟气脱硫技术的优点。根据影响该技术脱硫效率的主要因素,通过实验,较系统地研究了温距与喷嘴布局、入塔烟温、Ca/S摩尔比、脱硫灰循环利用等对脱硫效率的影响,并对脱硫灰制砖的成分配制也进行了讨论。结果表明,在整体Ca/S摩 尔比为1.5~1.7时,该技术工艺可以达到80%以上的脱硫效率。

Abstract:On the basis of experiment results,the benefits of semi dry FGD technology have been analyzed.Based on the main factors affecting the desulfurization efficiency and through experiments,the approach to adiabatic saturation temperature and nozzle distribution,flue gas inlet temperature,Ca/S molar ratio and SO 2 sorbent recycling affecting desulfurization efficiency are studied systematcally.The components of desulfurization ash brick are also discussed.The experience data show that when integrated Ca/S ratio is between 1.5 to 1.7,the desulfurization effciency of the technology can be more than 80%.
