葛洲坝工程对宜昌市环境影响的评价

城市直接承受大型水利工程的建设,其城市本身总体的环境变化趋势如何,环境影响后的评价怎样至今报导甚少。本文对已积累了15件以上的葛洲坝工程建设前后宜昌市环境动态监测资料数据进行了研究,对工程建设使城市环境影响重新组合变迁的趋势作了综合分析评价。作者认为,在城市中进行人类大型的工程建设活动将导致城市环境状态的巨大转换,城市环境各要素随之变迁而从新组合。工程建设的本身不仅是建立了一个工程系统,而且更重要的是建立了一个新的城市社会环境生态组合系统。 

Environmental Impact Statement of Gezhouba Project to Yi Chang City

The author carried out the analysis of data accumulated for fifteen years about the Gczhouba construction project. The conclusion is that the construction gives rise to a great conversion of the environmental conditions of the city in various factors. The construction not only establishes a kind of engineering system itself, but what is more important is that if also establishes a recorganizcd socio-ecological environmental system of the city.
