叶菜对Cd的富集特征及敏感性分布

摘    要:为了解不同土壤中不同品种叶菜对Cd的吸收富集特征及敏感性分布规律,通过盆栽试验研究了10种叶菜(油菜、空心菜、茼蒿、苋菜、菠菜、油麦菜、芹菜、生菜、韭菜、小白菜)在江西红壤和天津潮土中,对不同处理Cd浓度空白,0 mg/kg,CK;低浓度,0.3 mg/kg,C1;高浓度,0.6 mg/kg,C2]下对Cd的富集,并对Cd的富集系数进行了敏感性排序.结果表明:高浓度Cd会抑制叶菜生长,株高和鲜质量显著变化;低浓度Cd处理对叶菜的生长具有“刺激作用”,大部分叶菜株高显著上升. w(Cd)为0.3 mg/kg时,在天津潮土中,油菜对Cd的富集系数最高为0.336,茼蒿的富集系数最低为0.014,芹菜的富集系数最低为0.022,得出油菜对不同浓度的Cd最敏感,芹菜和茼蒿较不敏感.在江西红壤中,苋菜对Cd的富集系数最高为1.165,芹菜的富集系数最低为0.103,得出苋菜和油菜对不同浓度的Cd较敏感,芹菜较不敏感.因此,可在天津潮土中种植茼蒿和芹菜,在江西红壤中种植芹菜,将茼蒿和芹菜作为不易吸收较高浓度Cd的叶菜品种.

Accumulation and Sensitivity Distribution of Cadmium in Leafy Vegetables

Abstract:In order to understand accumulation and senstivity distribution of cadmium in leafy vegetables, cadmium accumulation and senstivity distribution were studied by pot experiment with 10 species of leafy vegetables (i.e., rape, spinach, chrysanthemum, amaranth, spinach, leaf lettuce, celery, lettuce, leeks, Chinese cabbage) in two typical soils (red soil of Jiangxi Province and Tianjin fluvo aquic soil) with different treatments:blank (0 mg/kg, CK), low concentration (0.3 mg/kg, C1) and high concentration (0.6 mg/kg, C2). The results showed that high concentration of cadmium could inhibit the growth of leafy vegetables; plant height and fresh weight were significantly changed. Low concentration of cadmium had the effect of 'stimulus'; most of the leafy plant heights increased significantly. In Tianjin fluvo-aquic soil, the maximum cadmium accumulation coefficient of rape was 0.336, while the minimum cadmium accumulation coefficients of chrysanthemum and celery were 0.014 and 0.022. This indicated that rape was most sensitive to different concentrations of cadmium, while celery and chrysanthemum were less sensitive. In the red soil in Jiangxi province, cadmium accumulation of amaranth was the strongest, with accumulation maximum to 1.165, while celery had the weakest accumulation capability, with minimum accumulation coefficient of 0.103. This revealed that amaranth and rape were sensitive to different concentrations of cadmium, while celery was less sensitive to different concentrations of cadmium. Thus, chrysanthemum and celery can be selected to plant in fluvo aquic soil, while celery can be selected to plant in red soil.
