| 摘 要： | 实验使用未经膨化处理的天然蛭石，添加微量铁质添加剂处理草浆黑液，然后将其沉渣烧制陶瓷制品。微量铁质添加剂使得天然蛭石对造纸黑液中COD的去除率由原来的30%提高到50%以上；利用沉渣烧制陶瓷制品的烧成温度宽，制品的强度高，孔隙率大。

| Abstract: | This paper describes a method for treating straw pulp wastewater by complex reagent,which is composed of natural vermiculite and trace amount iron substrate additive.The sediment from the straw pulp wastewater can be fired to make ceramic.The natural vermiculite can raise the COD removal of the straw pulp wastewater from 30% to 50% because of the trace amount iron substrate additive.This kind of sediment has a wider temperature range to be fired into ceramics.The ceramic has the properties of higher intensity and the greater factor of porosity. |
