浅谈铬渣解毒技术

摘    要:介绍了铬渣污染状况,对比分析了10余种铬渣解毒技术的优缺点,并且重点论述了旋风炉附烧铬渣工艺过程及其技术特性。研究表明,旋风炉附烧铬渣具有吃渣量大,解毒彻底等优点,是一种具有推广价值的新型铬渣解毒技术。

Abstract:The paper gives an overview of the chromium slag pollution status and a comparison among more than ten pathways to detoxicate chromium slag containing hexavalent chrome.Techniques of whirlwind frunace using as the best approach to detoxicate hexavalent chrome are particularly discussed including the technical characteristics and engineering processes.Studies of whirlwind furnace show that the processes can be applied to detoxicate the great amount of original chromium slag completely in the industry of chromium salt.The tchniques provide a new practicable way to treat the industrial solid waste and should be further promoted.
