国家生态安全综合评价研究

建立了包括国土安全、水安全、大气安全、生物安全和生态灾害五方面15个指标的综合评价体系，从国家尺度上对我国生态安全进行了评价.根据各省区生态安全指数的计算结果，从高到低将生态安全状况划分为一级、二级和三级.结果表明:生态安全状况达到一级的省区包括西藏、海南、广西、福建、广东、云南和江西；生态安全为二级的省区包括黑龙江、湖南、上海、青海、浙江、安徽、贵州、河南、湖北、山东、新疆、吉林、重庆、甘肃和四川；生态安全为三级的省区包括内蒙古、江苏、北京、辽宁、河北、宁夏、天津、陕西和山西. 

Study on Comprehensive Assessment of China's Ecological Security

In order to understand the state of China's ecological security, a comprehensive assessment system containing fifteen indicators reflecting five aspects which are land security, water security, atmospheric security, biological security and ecological disaster wereestablished and a scientific and concrete assessment for China's ecological security on the national scale were conducted. The states of ecological security of various provinces were classified into three grades according to the ecological security indexes from high to low: “the first grade”, “the secondgrade" and “the third grade". The results were listed as follows: the provincesachieving “the first grade" ecological security were Tibet, Hainan, Guangxi, Fujian, Guangdong, Yunnan and Jiangxi; the ones with “the second grade" ecologicalsecurity were Heilongjiang, Hunan, Shanghai, Qinghai, Zhejiang, Anhui, Guizhou,Henan, Hubei, Shandong, Xinjiang, Jilin, Chongqing, Gansu and Sichuan; the oneswith “the third grade" ecological security were Inner Mongolia, Jiangsu, Beijing, Liaoning, Hebei, Ningxia, Tianjin, Shaanxi and Shanxi.
