| Abstract: | This paper reviews the effects on the soil ecosystem by the usage of sludge. These effects include the change of the content of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and pH value in soil, and the improvement of soil physical-chemical properties. The effects of sludge on the soil microorganism and the growth of plants are also discussed. |
