酚类、烷基苯类、硝基苯类化合物和环境水样对剑尾鱼和稀有鮈鲫的急性毒性

摘    要:测定了酚类、烷基苯类和硝基苯类的12种化学品,以及3个环境水样对剑尾鱼和稀有(鱼句)鲫的96 h LCO,96 h LC50,96 h LC100值.结果表明,剑尾鱼和稀有(鱼句)鲫的幼鱼对化学品和环境水样的敏感性无显著性差异,对于化学品和环境水样,剑尾鱼和稀有(鱼句)鲫是较为理想的毒性试验材料.

Abstract:96h LC 0,96 h LC 50 ,and 96 h LC 100 of twelve chemicals of phenol,alkyl benzene and nitrobenzene,and three water samples to sword fish(\%Xiphophorus helleri)\% and rare minnow(\%Gobiocypris rarus\%) were tested.The results suggested that,for the baby fishes,there was no significant sensitivity difference between the two species tested.Both the species were good and available as test materials for determining acute toxicity of chemicals and water samples.
