化学品测试GLP实验室考核评估体系研究

通过对国内外实验室认可工作的分析比较，提出了我国化学品测试GLP实验室的考核评估体系框架构成的3条原则:趋同性、高标准和可操作性。笔者认为我国化学品测试GLP实验室考核评估体系应包括:实验室认可管理办法、认可准则、认可程序、认可后扩充项目的程序、评审细则、评审员管理办法、认可申请书、评审报告。并对该体系的具体构成进行了阐述。 

A Study on the Assessment Criteria for Chemicals Testing Laboratories in Compliance with GLP

According to a comparison of different kinds of accreditation both home and abroad,three principles,homolgizing to other accrediation,high level standards and executable,were advanced to the frame of assessment criteria for the chemicals testing laboratories in compliance with GLP in China.It was considered that the assessment criteria consist of nine parts,i.e. the management rules for the accreditation,accreditation guidelines,accrediation procedure,procedure of extending test items after accrediation,detail rules for assessment,management rules for assessors,application forms for accreditation and assessment report.The details of the criteria composition were expounded.
