尿素/KMnO4湿法烟气脱硫脱氮的试验研究

摘    要:采用尿素和KMnO4配制成的吸收液,在填有金属鲍尔环的柱式喷淋吸收反应器中,对模拟烟气进行湿法烟气同时脱硫脱氮研究.结果表明:采用尿素和KMn04配制成的吸收液可以高效地脱除模拟烟气中的SO2和NOx,脱硫脱氮率平均分别达到99.6%和62.5%;反应吸收液中主要含有因吸收NOx和SO2而生成的NO3-,NO2-,NH4+和SO42-等离子;NO3-,NO2-和NH4+的生成曲线及尿素的消耗曲线均为线性,其速率常数分别为0.009 1,0.0074,0.091 6和0.950 8 mmol/(L·min).吸收反应为零级反应.

Abstract:SO2 and N0x removal with analog flue gas using urea/potassium permanganate solution process has been investigated in sprinkling pack absorption reactor filled with steel pall rings. The laboratory experiment results show that wet type flue gas simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification using urea/ potassium permanganate solution process can remove S02 and NOx preferably. The average removal efficiency of SO2 and NOx can reach 99.65 and 62.55 under the experiment condition. The absorption solution mainly contains NO3-,NO2-,NH4+ and SO42-. The curves of NO3-,NO2-,NH4+ and urea are all linear,with the reaction speed constant 0.009 1,0.007 4,0.091 6 and 0.950 8 mmol/(L·min), respectively . The absorption reaction is in zero order .
