| Abstract: | The paper proposes the black list of 68 priority pollutants involving 58 toxic organic pollutants, on account of the practice of discharge wastewater from industrial pollution sources and serious pollution of environmental water quality in our country. studies 5 basic principles of selecting the priority pollutants, and then recommends to implement 48 priority pollutants in short term. |
