固体废物中多环芳烃类化合物(PAHs)的浸出特性研究

摘    要:参照美国环境保护局(USEPA)方法1311(TCLP)和1312(SPLP)对油墨渣和环氧树脂废料中的多环芳烃类化合物(PAHs)进行了浸出实验,并对在实验室条件下影响PAHs浸出的主要因素(如浸提剂,液固比,pH,浸提时间和粒径)进行了识别和研究.浸出液采用固相萃取方法处理,用GC/MS和GC进行定性、定量分析.结果表明浸提剂对PAHs浸出的影响显著,醋酸缓冲溶液浸出体系比HNO3/H2SO4浸出体系具有明显的优势;液固比的增加、浸提时间的延长或样品粒径的减小均能增加PAHs的浸出量;在实验设计的范围内,pH对PAHs的浸出影响不明显.

Abstract:In order to identify and study the factors affecting leachability of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),and referring to USEPA methods 1311(TCLP) and 1312(SPLP),the authors performed leaching test using oil ink residue and epoxy colophony flotsam in laboratory by changing the factors including leaching fluid,liquid-to-solid ratio,pH,leaching time,and particle size.The leachant was pretreated by solid phase extraction and analyzed with GC/MS and GC.The results obtained were as follows: the leaching of PAHs in acetic acid buffering solution was better than that in HNO_3/H_2SO_4 solution;with the increase of liquid-to-solid ratio,the extension of leaching time or the decrease of the particle size,the leachability of PAHs increased;the pH had little effect on leaching concentration of PAHs.
