| 摘 要： | 本文论证社会主义市场经济下环境管理模式与推行清洁生产工艺(无废、少废及高效转换工艺)的关系，剖析市场经济国家环境管理模式的精髓，密切结合推行工业生产全过程控制(包括环境标志这种反向控制手段)，提出加快建立中国社会主义市场经济下的工业环境管理新模式。

| Abstract: | This article proves the relation between the pattern of environmental management un-der the socialist market economy and the practice of cleaner production(waste-free,less waste and highly efficient technology),dissects deeply the patterns of environmental management in market economy countries,combines closely with practising the whole process control in industrial preduction(including the environmental labelling or the reversed control means),so as to speed up the formation of a new pattern of industrial environmental management under Chinese socialist market economy. |
