| Abstract: | The necessity and feasibility of the reseach are disscussed fully. The content and procedure of controlling total quantity of air fluoride emission are introduced and analysed. The effective measures to resolve major questions are suggested. The law of local environmental protection -which fits our country has been formed. The technical system supported by calcula-tingtotal quantity of air fluoride emission, diffusing pattern of transporting pollutants and so on has been advanced. |
