人工湿地基质微生物状况与净化效果相关分析

摘    要:利用混菌法和稀释法,测定了不同植物以及无植物潜流水平湿地基质中微生物的数量。结果表明:不同植物湿地基质中微生物的数量差异不显著,有植物和无植物湿地的差别不明显;湿地基质中不同空间位置的微生物数量各不相同,一般上层多于下层;在湿地运行条件相对稳定的情况下,湿地基质中会逐渐形成数量和活性比较稳定的生物群落。分析了人工湿地基质中微生物数量与污水净化效果的关系。结果表明:微生物数量与B005及TN的去除有显著的相关性,说明微生物的作用是去除它们的重要途径;基质微生物数量与TP的去除率相关性不明显。测定了湿地基质硝化速率,其硝化能力与亚硝化细菌的数量呈显著相关。

Abstract:The abundance of substrate microorganisms in subsurface horizontal-flow constructed wetland with different plants and without plants was monitored by plate counting and dilution methods. The results showed that the abundance of microorganisms in substrates with different plants was not obviously different and it was also the same trend in substrates with plants and without plants. The microorganism abundance of substrate in different spaces in constructed wetlands was varied and that of the top was more than that of the bottom. Under stable operation conditions, biotic community with relatively stable microorganism biomass and microbial activity was gradually developed in wetland substrate. The correlation of substrate microorganism abundances and their wastewater purification effects was studied. Analysis showed a fairly strong relationship between the abundance of microorganism in constructed wetland substrate and removal rates of BOD5 and TN of the wastewater, indicating that the biodegradation of microorganism probably is the main way for their removal; the abundance of microorganism was not interrelated markedly to reduction of TP. Ammonia oxidation rate of soil samples in constructed wetland was also tested. The results showed that nitrification ability was interrelated markedly to the abundance of nitrosomonas in constructed wetland.
