| 摘 要： | 长江流域的生态安全问题直接影响到我国社会经济的可持续发展。根据长江干流地区生态环境特征、问题及其生态功能将其划分成5个生态区段,分别指出各自存在的重大生态安全问题,并提出建立科学合理的流域生态补偿机制和新颖的管理模式是确保长江生态安全的关键措施。

| Abstract: | The ecological security of the Yangtze Basin plays and will play an important role in the sustainable development of national economy.The whole basin can be divided into five eco-logical zones based on the different ecological characteristics,problems and functions.In the five zones there exist different ecological problems.Finally the author puts forward the suggestion that the rational mechanism of ecological compensation and the appropriate model of basin man-agement should be established in order to guarantee the ecological security of the basin. |
