农业气候资源综合评价方法研究——以辽宁省为例

根据辽宁省农业气候资源特点,利用特尔斐法设计了由年太阳总辐射等11个要素组成的农业气候资源综合评价指标体系。根据层次分析法原理,构建由目标层、准则层、指标层组成的指标体系框架,并逐一确定每个评价指标的权重。通过计算单项农业气候资源指数,分别对光能资源、热量资源、水分资源的优劣程度进行评价,在此基础上计算资源优势度,完成对农业气候资源的综合定量评价。利用辽宁省52个气象台站2006年气象资料和1971—2000年30年气候资料,分别对52个评价单元2006年和常年农业气候资源的优劣程度进行综合评价。结果表明:辽宁省30年平均农业气候资源优势区大部分位于环渤海湾沿海一带,农业气候资源优势度在0.5以上;2006年朝阳县、阜新县、锦州大部、沈阳大部、昌图、盘锦及营口部分地区农业气候资源优势度偏低,光、温、水条件综合匹配稍差。
