| 摘 要： | 从1997年开始在金门进行鲎的保护与族群恢复之研究，内容包括人工培育稚鲎、成鲎引入野外产卵复育试验、人工栖息地复育试验。同时，关于鲎的地理亲缘关系的研究，对探讨西太平洋地区生物多样性成因及三棘鲎的保护遗传问题都具有相当的价值。

Horseshoe Crab Conservation and Population Recovery in Taiwan |

| Abstract: | Experiences concerning horseshoe crab conservation and population recovery were carried out in Jinmen in 1997.The job included an artificial growing of the juveniles,the introduction of adult horseshoe crab to a proper habitat in their spawning seasons and the establishment of a horseshoe crab conservation center where the animals were provided with artificial habitats.Meanwhile,the three Asian horseshoe crab species are compared for their geographic origins,as the theory will not only help better understand the biodiversity formation in west Pacific rim but also provide knowledge of conservation genetics in conservation practice on the animals. |
