| 摘 要： | 介绍了将质量控制图应用于化工污水管理的过程。通过对化工厂污水中化学需氧量的浓度做单值－移动极差控制图，结果表明该化工厂的污水处理过程处于统计控制状态，污水处理工序过程能力符合要求，应用单值－移动极差控制图能够快速灵敏地反映工序的异常情况。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the process of quality control chart used in chemical plant waste water management. Single - moving range control chart is made for COD concentration in the waste water. The results show this plant waste water treatment process is in the statistical control state and its treatment capacity meets the requirements. It is fast and sensitive to reflect the abnormal state using single - moving range control chart. |
