石油炼制污水重大污染源分析与控制对策

摘    要:结合中国石化洛阳分公司实际情况,通过对石油炼制污水重大污染源进行深入研究分析,对不同高浓度难降解污水实施了原油罐二次脱水、电脱盐切水增加除油设施、碱渣注污水汽提等预处理,同时拓宽净化水回用途径,降低电脱盐水温,优化高含硫含氨污水系统,从原进入含油污水系统改进含硫污水系统,经过污水汽提预处理后,再排入污水处理场。这些措施的实施,既在罐区和装置上游回收了油品,节水减排,又从源头降低了污染,减轻了污水场的负荷,提升了外排污水水质,减少了环境风险。

Abstract:Abstract: In combination of actual situation of Sinopec Luoyang Branch, through in-depth research and analysis on major pollution source of petroleum refining sewage, the pretreatments are implemented, like conducting secondary dehydration for degradation-resistant sewage of different high concentrations, increasing unoil facilities for electro-desalting water and pouring sewage steam stripping for caustic salt.In the meantime, the purified water recycling path- way is expanded, electro-desahing water temperature is reduced and high sulfur-containing and ammonia sewage system is optimized. The oily sewage system is changed into sulphur-bearing waste water system and sewage farm through sewage steam str/pping pretreatment. As for the implementation of these measures, the oil products in the upstream of the tank field and the device, the water-saving and emission reduction is fulfilled. Besides, the pollution is reduced from the source; the load of sewage field is mitigated; the excretion wastewater quality is improved; and the environmental risks are reduced.
