| Abstract: | Through 3P of safety management, this paper is aimed at encouraging the petrochemical en- terprises to remain the essentially the same under various complicated environments such as equipment aging, environmental corrosion, proc, ess change and cross operation to strenglhen the management of fa- cilities, process and personnel and avoid the occurrence of various accidents effectively. |
