| 摘 要： | 通过对SBS后处理工号干燥箱下料口堵料闪爆进行原因分析,得出SBS胶粒经挤压脱水机、膨胀干燥机干燥后含有一定量的可燃物,当可燃物含量超标时在静电作用下导致闪爆;通过工艺调优,设备改进等措施可以预防闪爆事故的发生。

| Abstract: | By analysis of explosion caused by material jam at the drying oven outlet in SBS production,there are some combustible materials in SBS colloidal particles that pass through extruder and expansion dryers.Explosion is occurred ignited by static when the combustible material concentration is higher than the standard.Some measures like optimizing process and reforming equipment are offered to prevent the explosion. |
