| 摘 要： | 针对催化裂化装置待生滑阀突然关闭导致装置停车事故,通过对仪表及系统处理过程进行原因分析,总结了事故的经验教训及防范措施,指出了炼化企业大型设备不但要正确使用,更要精心维护保养,才能确保装置正常平稳运行防患于未然。

| Abstract: | In allusion to the shutdown of unit resulted by the sudden shutdown of CCU spent slide valve,through reason analysis on instrument and system processing process,the lessons from the accident and preventive measures are summed up.It also points out that the large scale equipments in the refinery enterprise should be not only be used correctly but also maintained carefully,so that the unit can run normally and stably to prevent from hidden dangers. |
