油水分离水力旋流器优化设计与仿真

摘    要:针对埕岛油田某海上平台采用水力旋流器油水分离效果较差的问题,设计优化了旋流管结构,大锥角由原来的25°调整为15°;入口形式由单切向入口调整为阿基米德螺旋线双入口,通过FLUENT软件进行了仿真模拟,分析了优化过程中旋流管内部流场的速度、压力、轨迹线等变化情况,为旋流管入口结构设计及锥角的选取提供了依据。

Abstract:According to the poor effect of hydrocyclone on oil-water separation in an offshore platform of Chengdao Oilfield,the hydrocyclone structure was optimized by adjusting the large cone angle from 25°to 15°.The inlet form was also adjusted from a single tangential inlet to an Archimedes spiral double inlet.Through the simulation of FLUENT software,the changes of velocity,pressure and trajectory in the internal flow field of hydrocyclone during the optimization process were analyzed,which provided the basis for the inlet structure design of hydrocyclone and the selection of cone angle.
