| Abstract: | According to the requirement of HSE management system of China Petrochemical Corp to contractors, combining the practice experiences of the enterprise, the particular modus operandi in the course of putting into effect for the contractor's HSE management are discussed in five aspects, those are qualification pre-examination, contractors choice, preparative scheme check before work started, inspection of working process and appraisal of HSE performance of the contractor's. |
