| 摘 要： | 运用过程管理和PDCA模式，探讨了中国石化炼油企业QHSE体系管理流程设计的理念，在分析QHSE体系管理流程设计的指导思想和遵循原则的基础上，研究了QHSE体系标准的融合和体系管理流程设计的整合方法，指出了炼油企业建立QHSE管理体系的关注点。

| Abstract: | The design guideline of management process of QHSE system for SINOPEC refineries has been discussed by using process management and PDCA model. On the basis of analysis of guideline and principles of QHSE management system process design, integration of QHSE system standards and integration methods of system management process design were studied, and the key points of establishing SINOPEC refineries＇ QHSE management system were indentifled. |
