| Abstract: | Profile and cause analysis of the methyl isocyanate spill incident in Bhopal Pesticide Plant in India were described. Lessons from the incident were analyzed from the aspect of process safety. Measures on how to improve the process safety management for petrochemical enterprises were given. |
