对苯二胺印迹聚合材料的合成及在色谱固定相中的应用

摘    要:以对苯二胺为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,在甲醇水体系中制备了分子印迹聚合物,通过高效液相色谱评价,该聚合物固定相表现出良好的分离选择性,能够对苯二胺与其结构类似物—对氨基苯甲酸,有较好的分离效果。通过对流动相中水含量与色谱分离效果关系的探讨,结果表明,溶质与印迹固定相的疏水作用是分子识别中的主要作用力。

Abstract:Molecularly imprinted polymer ( MIP) was synthesized with P-phenylenediamine as the template, MAA as the functional monomer in methanol-water system and was evaouated by high efficient liquid chroma-tography. P-phenylenediamine and its analog ( 4 -Aminobenzoic acid ) were separated well with the pre-pared polymer as a stationary phase. Influences of concentration of water in the mobile phase on separation were studied, and the results showed that hydrophobic interaction was the major interaction force in molecular recog-nition.
