摘    要:为探索酸雨胁迫对大豆种子萌发过程中能量代谢的影响,采用pH2.0,2.5,4.0模拟酸雨处理大豆(台湾292)种子,研究不同强度酸雨胁迫对大豆种子呼吸速率,CAT活性,线粒体蛋白与ATP含量及能荷的影响.结果表明,随着酸雨胁迫强度增加(pH≤2.5),上述指标均呈下降趋势.高强度酸雨(pH为2.0)对大豆种子萌发时能量代谢的影响是最大的.

Abstract:Described in this paper are the effects on the energy metabolism of soybean seeds under three simulated acid rain solutions whose pH values were 2.0,2.5 and 4.0 respectively in this study.Results of research on the effects on the respiration rate,CAT activity,mitochondrial activity,ATP,energy charge of soybean seeds under various acid rain stresses.During germination,the above indices showed a decreasing trend with increasing pH value of acid rain(pH≤2.5).Maximum effects on the energy metabolism of soybean seeds are expected under the highest acid rain stress(pH2.0).
