摘    要:利用从大宝山尾矿库酸性矿山废水培养得到的氧化亚铁硫杆菌(A.f.菌)和方铅矿进行初始pH2.00和3.。O条件下的无菌氧化、含茵含铁氧化和含菌不含铁氧化实验。通过测定实验过程溶液的阳离子、硫酸根离子含量和pH值,实验固体产物的XRD分析和反应前后方铅矿表面的电镜扫描(SEM)对比分析,获得如下结论:(1)方铅矿在初始p...

Abstract:A strain of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans(A.f.) isolated from the acid mine drainage(AMD) of the Dabaoshan mine and a mineral galena was used to study its bio-oxidation of galena.Experiments were designed to compare the differences between abiotic oxidation and bio-oxidation of galena at pH2.00 and 3.00 with or without Fe2+.The concentrations of cations such as Pb2+,As5+ and Cd2+,anion SO2-4 and pH values during the experiments were measured,the solid experimental results were analyzed with XRD,and changes...
