| 摘 要： | 针对炼油生产过程具有能源加工的特点，论述了节能、环保、清洁生产之间的关系和特点，以原油加工中含硫量为线索分析其演变规律，提出实施清洁生产的思路和措施。把节能、环保融入过程系统的综合之中，运用夹点技术，减少公用工程负荷，节约燃料，降低成本。

| Abstract: | Because the energy treatment features refining process, the relationship and characteristics among save energy, environment protection and cleaning production are discussed. According to the evolution rule of the sulfur content in the crude process, ideas and measures pursuing cleaning production are provided. The save energy and the environment protection are combined with process integration by means of pinch technology, to decrease the utility load, save energy and reduce the cost. |
