摘    要:从珠海赤潮海水中分离出2株溶藻细菌Y01和Y04,对球形棕囊藻均有显著的溶藻效果.结果表明,溶藻细菌Y01和Y04均为革兰氏阳性菌,对球形棕囊藻的溶解作用时间为6 d.借助显微镜及扫描电镜等观察Y01和Y04溶藻过程,发现2株溶藻细菌的溶藻方式均为直接裂解藻细胞.溶藻细菌Y01和Y04的16S rDNA系列分析表明,溶...

Abstract:The algae-lysis bacteria Y01 and Y04 were isolated from seawater,during a red tide survey of the Zhuhai Estuary in southern China.The algae-lysis bacteria Y01 and Y04 were Gram-positive bacteria which can remove P.globosa in 6 days.The lysing process was observed by microscope and SEM,both of them could directly lyse P.globosa.The strains were identified by the sequence analysis of 16S rDNA.The length of the two bacteria's sequences were 1 468 bp and 1 548 bp(strain Y01: DQ531607;strain Y04:DQ531608).The DN...
