干法煤粉磁选脱硫的试验研究

摘    要:本工作首次在国内完成了干法煤粉磁选脱硫的试验,探讨了脱硫机理,简述了磁法脱硫的工艺及高梯度磁分离器(HGMS)装置。试验结果表明:最佳梯度磁场强度为0.65—0.75T,最佳煤粉颗粒度在100目—120目,脱硫率最高达70%左右,费用估计为7.5元/t煤左右。

Abstract:Desulfurization of pulverized coal firing by magnetic separation is one of important methods that remove SO2 from firing coal. The key technology of desulfuri-zalion is to apply appropriately a high-gradient magnetic separator. The authors first completed the experiments in China during 1987-1989. The paper introduces briefly the technogical process and results.
