| 摘 要： | 本文从概率理论给出了由风玫瑰、各风向下年平均风速、稳定度频率求算的联合概率分布函数,并给出了由10米高度上气象常规风速观测值及稳定度级别确定混合层厚的半经验诊断公式。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the joint probability distribution of wind(directions, speeds)and stability conditions are given on the basis of probability theory. A kind of semi-empirical formula is also obtained, and gives the diagnostic depth of planet bo mdary by using stability and the regular wind speeds measured on the weather station in China. |
