摘    要:分离筛选到一株利用亚硝酸盐的光合细菌。试验结果表明,当亚硝酸盐浓度在0.01 ̄5.0mmol/L时,该菌株在7d时间内能去除80%以上的亚硝酸盐,该菌株去除亚硝酸盐的最适碳源是乙酸和乳酸。在养殖池塘中施用该菌株制成的菌剂,池塘中亚硝酸盐浓度下降50%-80%。

Abstract:itrite, a toxic factor for most aquatic animalsand causing a great loss for fishery if it was keptat a higher level in water, was found to be utilized and removed screened and isolated strains ofphotosynthetic nonsulfur bacteria. Experimentsindicated that the isolated strains removed nitriteby more than 80% when the nitrite in the bulkranged from 0, of to 5. 0 mmol/L, regardlessthey were cultured under illumination or in dark.Results also show that acetate and lactate werethe optimal C sources for nitrite removal. Fieldsuryeys on the nitrite concentration in fish far-ining ponds in Beijing area found that it wasabout 0. 006--0. 008 mmol/L. By using the isolated strains in the ponds, their nitrite concentrations decreased by 50 % -- 80 %.
