摘    要:建立了测定Fenton反应中产生的羟自由基的化学发光法,酵母为发光底物,浓度为24mg/ml,H2O2浓度为24mmol/L,FeSO4浓度为5.4mmol/L,pH为2.8时,化学发光强度最大,即产生的羟自由基浓度最大。

Abstract:A method for the determination of hydroxyl radicals in Fenton reaction by chemiluminescence was developed.Yeast was chosen as chemiluminescent matrix,with the concentration of 24mg/ml.When the concentrations of H 2O 2 and FeSO 4 were 24mmol/L and 5.4mmol/L,respectively and the value of pH was 2.8,chemiluminescent intensity was at its maximum.The method has been applied to the determination of hydroxyl radicals in the simulated dye wastewater treatment.It was showed that chemiluminescent intensity could be used to express characterization of degraded degree for organic matter like TOC.
