| 摘 要： | 本文论述了环境影响预警评价的概念以及整体性原则、层次性原则和应用性原则,并以环境质量确定预警标准,建立了不良状态预譬、恶化趋势预警和恶化速度预警的数学模式,同时给出了三峡水利工程环境影响预警评价的实例。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the concept and integrative principle, hierarchical principle and practicable principle of the environmental impact warning assessment, defines the warning standard according to the environmental quality index, proposes mathematical models for the poor or worse state warning, deterioration trend warning and deterioration speed warning, and gives a case of the environmental impact warning assessment of the Three Gorges Hydraulic Engineering on the Yangtze River in China. |
