| 摘 要： | 介绍了养殖中常用的抗生素及其在海洋环境中的持久性,并对抗生素使用对海洋环境所带来的不利影响,如对沉积物中有益微生物的活性抑制、对生源要素的生物地球化学循环的影响、以及长期使用抗生素引起病原生物的抗药性增强和水生生物体药物残留等问题进行了综述。对上述问题的探讨将有助于弄清抗生素在使用过程中对环境的影响,改善养殖环境质量,降低抗生素使用对环境的危害及对人类的影响。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the categories of antibiotics used in marine aquaculture and their environmental fate are introduced. Furthermore, the environmental effects of antibiotic agents including the inhabitation of activity of useful microorganisms, the disturbance of biogenesis elements cycle in sediment as well as the resistance of pathogen and residues of antibiotics resulted from long-term use of antibiotics are reviewed. These discussions will help to further understand the effect of antibiotic on marine environment, improve the quality of marine environment and minimize the risk of antibiotic to environment and people. |
