| 摘 要： | 选取几种实验室纯种培养的浮游植物做为研究对象,取生长状态良好的藻液,按适当比例稀释成一定梯度,分别以国际通用的标准方法Uterm(o)hl计数法以及实验室常用的库尔特计数法或血球计数法进行计数,得出这两种常用计数方法与Uterm(o)hl计数法的校正关系.

| Abstract: | The Utermoehl method is a world-wide used the standard method for phytoplankton numeration, yet nowadays the hemacytometer counting method and coulter counter method are commonly used in most Chinese laboratories. In this paper, the comparison between the results of two methods was made. The calibration is done according to the results of Utermoehl method. |
