| 摘 要： | 应用小白鼠检测方法，对我国长江以北沿岸的经济贝类进行了麻痹性贝毒检测。采样时间 １９９７年９月２３日￣１２月８日。从鸭绿江口到长江口共调查２０个站位，检测经济贝类１４种，样品３８份，其中只有１份样品检测出麻痹性贝毒（６．４Ｍｎ／ｇ），其余样品均为未检出。

| Abstract: | The detection of paralytic shellfish poison (PSP) in the commercial shellfishes off the northern coast of China was conducted by using the mouse test. The shellfishes were collected during Sep.23 to Dec.8 in 1997 at 20 sampling sites within the intertidal zone between the mouths of Yalujiang and Changjiang. Total 38 samples belonging to 14 species were tested, but only one sample was detected to have PSP with the concentration of 6 4 Mu/g (wet), the remains were not found. |
