| 摘 要： | 虹彩病毒对鱼类等水生动物有广泛的感染性,给世界水产养殖业造成了巨大的经济损失.针对已研制成功的一种鱼类虹彩病毒PCR快速检测试剂盒,本文对反映其检测准确程度的灵敏性和特异性两个指标进行了检测,并在多个待测鱼样本中进行了试用.结果表明,该试剂盒的检测灵敏度相当于30个病毒粒子,无非特异性扩增反应,适用于多鱼种虹彩病毒病的早期快速诊断、苗种检疫以及水质环境的监测. |

| Abstract: | Iridovirus,which is widely found in aquatic animal such as fishes,brings huge economic losses to global aquiculture.A simple and rapid PCR-based kit for detection of Iridovirus had been developed.Accuracy indexes including sensitivity and specificity of the kit were tested,and the kit was applied to practical detection on some fish samples.Detection limit of the kit was 10-7 ng positive plasmid DNA containing Iridovirus sequence,equal to about 30 virions without nonspecific PCR reactions.It was proved that the kit was suitable for quick and early detection of iridovirus derived from many kinds of fish,fry quarantine and water quality monitor. |
