摘    要:本文对靛酚蓝分光光度法测定海水中氨氮的实验条件进行了详细的研究,采用正交设计试验法重点考察了分析方法中催化剂、碱度、NaClO和苯酚等试剂的用量,此外,还考察了以应温度、反应时间和有机氮等对分析结果的影响,从而提出了氨氮测定的最佳和改进的分析方法。

Abstract:The favorable condition for the measurement of ammonia in seawater with spectrophotometer was studied carefully in this paper.The major reagents employed in the measurement were examined in detail with normal design method.Meanwhile the effect of the reaction temperature,time and amino acid on the analytical results were also examined.Based on the results,the method for the measurement of the ammonia in sea water has been improved.
