摘    要:用环境扫描电镜(ESEM)对鲨鱼表皮的形貌结构进行了观察,用X射线能谱(EDX)测定了鲨鱼鳞片各部位的元素组成.通过实验室内贻贝成体和硅藻的附着试验,评价了非活体状态下鲨鱼表皮的防附着作用.结果表明,非活体状态下鲨鱼表皮对贻贝成体的防污能力较弱,对微观生物硅藻的附着具有明显的抑制作用.

Abstract:The surface morphology of the shark skins was observed by an environment scanning electron microscope (ESEM) and the element composition of the scales was determined by X-ray energy dispersion spectroscopy (EDX).Through the tests of the mussel and diatom settlement in laboratory,a primary evaluation of non-living shark skins anti-settlement effect was given.The results showed that the antifouling ability of non-living shark skins was weak to the mussel,and the shark skins is obvious to restrain the effect on the microcosmic foulants,such as diotom.
